The Henrician

Tickets can be purchased from The Henrician on evenings when the theatre is open for performances. This is usually 1 hour before the start of a show.

COVID-19 TICKET POLICY

If an event is cancelled for any reason you will always have a choice of options, these are:

• If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be valid for this event automatically.
• If you wish, you may have a full refund. Please contact us to arrange.

We will contact you directly by email if an event is cancelled or postponed.

BOOKING FEE

We include a small booking fee which is charged per ticket. The booking fee applies to all tickets, whether purchased by phone, online or in-person. The booking fee helps us cover some of our operational costs and helps us to maintain the programme, services and activities you experience during your visit to our theatre.

ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS

Wheelchair users: Row H, Seats 11-32 can be removed to accommodate wheelchair guests. These seats are usually removed from sale and only purchasable by contacting us on hello@henrician.org

Struggle with steps: Row H, Seats 1-42 is completely flat and does not require negotiating any stairs/steps. Row J is two steps up. Row G is two steps down. The house enters from the back of the auditorium.

Need extra time: If you are less able on your feet and would like to take your seat before everyone else, please make yourself known to the house manager on the evening and we can often let you in a few minutes before the auditorium formally opens.
