Tickets
Tickets are sold by Prince Henry’s, Evesham, Arts Theatre Trust (Trading as ‘The Henrician’). By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in-person, online or via an agency, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale. Tickets may be purchased online at www.henrician.org
Please check your ticket details carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.
We do not sell tickets directly at the theatre as the theatre is only open during performances. You can buy tickets online, or via one of our ticketing partners.
For your safety and security, you will be asked to provide your name, address, postcode, email address and a telephone number when making a booking.
We accept payment by various debit and credit cards. If purchasing tickets in person via one of our ticketing partners, we accept contactless including Apple and Google Pay.
We do not take reservations for tickets.
Our tickets are ‘e-tickets’ and can be printed at home. For an additional fee, your tickets can be posted. You can show your print at home tickets on your mobile device too.
We include a small booking fee which is charged per ticket. The booking fee applies to all tickets, whether purchased by phone, online or in-person. The booking fee helps us cover some of our operational costs and helps us to maintain the programme, services and activities you experience during your visit to our theatre.
All children, including babes-in-arms, must have a ticket for admission to comply with licensing regulations. Contact us for a ‘babes-in-arms’ (BIA) ticket. BIA tickets are free for babies 24 months and younger, however, are limited per performance for licensing regulations. BIA must be accompanied by at least one adult ticket and remain in arms during the performance. Parents are advised to check age guidelines in advance as not all performances are suitable for children.
Tickets are not normally refundable.
If a performance is cancelled, with sufficient notice we will, where possible, endeavour to contact audiences in advance by phone or email. We will also send updates on social media and on our website. We will replace tickets for an alternative date or, if this is not possible, refund the ticket value, minus the booking fee. In the event of a cancelled performance, the management will not be liable for any additional travel or accommodation expenses or any other additional consequential losses.
We are here to welcome everyone to the theatre, even those with accessibility requirements. If you have any access issues, please let us know when you book and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Everyone entering the auditorium needs a valid ticket which must be produced on arrival and shown to our door staff. ID may be requested when checking student tickets or shows not suitable for young persons.
If you arrive late we appreciate that you’ll want to take your seats on arrival. However to limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance.
Prince Henry’s, Evesham, Arts Theatre Trust (t/a ‘The Henrician’) reserves the right to alter the performance and cast as advertised in advance, where such alterations are necessary owing to unforeseen circumstances.
During the performance
In the event of a cancelled performance, we will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.
We will not be liable in any way if an event or performance is abandoned due to any factors which are beyond our reasonable control such as, acts of god: including earthquakes, storms, flooding: power failure or fire: force majeure: including war, terrorist acts, civil commotion, government restriction or pandemic.
For copyright, licensing and safety reasons, our shows cannot be recorded or photographed. In some cases, professional recording of a show has been arranged by special permission from the license owners. Please contact us or the promoter directly for further details if this content is obtainable.
We ask that mobile phones and digital watches must be turned off at all times during the performance. It is a common requirement in performance contracts that the venue must remove anyone found recording or photographing a show. If you are found doing this, you will be asked to leave the theatre and we cannot offer a refund for your ticket.
Prince Henry’s, Evesham, Arts Theatre Trust (t/a ‘The Henrician’) reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances or to request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
